KINARQ partnered with a major retail operator to engineer a modular, scalable e-commerce platform serving five industries under one centralized system. Each sub-brand — from food and cosmetics to medical equipment — required specific frontend experiences while sharing a powerful backend for inventory, orders, and CRM.
The challenge
The client had ambitious plans: launch five e-commerce experiences for five verticals, each with distinct product logic, user behavior, and compliance needs — all managed centrally. Off-the-shelf CMS or SaaS solutions couldn't match the level of flexibility, control, or scalability required.

The solution
KINARQ developed a unified commerce engine built with a custom Laravel core and multi-tenant WordPress/WooCommerce instances, linked through a central API orchestration layer. This allowed each brand to evolve independently while keeping operations unified.

Our approach
Designed and implemented a UI Design System applied across all five brands to maintain consistency and scalability.
Created a Product & Technology Roadmap covering all brands, features, and integration needs.
Developed the backend using Web Development best practices in Laravel and headless CMS architecture.
Architected the infrastructure using Solution Architecture principles to ensure modularity, multi-tenancy, and future extensibility.
Delivered value
Delivered a centralized multi-brand e-commerce infrastructure capable of supporting five retail verticals with tailored UX, unified backend, and seamless third-party integrations — all under one scalable architecture.
