GAAZAR envisioned transforming passive users into active marketing participants through gamification. They needed a platform where location-based advertising becomes interactive, competitive, and rewarding — creating value for users, merchants, and advertisers simultaneously.

The challenge

The digital marketing landscape is saturated with platforms competing for user attention.

GAAZAR needed more than another advertising channel — they needed a genuine innovation to cut through the noise. Traditional location-based advertising lacked engagement mechanisms, while existing gamification solutions failed to create tangible business value beyond superficial interactions.

The solution

We designed a gamified platform where users become "promoters" — claiming, upgrading, and monetizing virtual billboards on a geolocation map. Our solution balanced immediate gameplay satisfaction with long-term economic sustainability.

The platform creates an ecosystem where promoters compete for billboard ownership, participate in duels, form teams, and create value for advertisers — while earning currency and rewards that matter.

Our approach

We crafted GAAZAR's platform through a structured process merging game design with business strategy:
