KINARQ partnered with a global energy consortium to design, integrate, and support a multinational Master Data Management (MDM) system spanning Egypt, Ghana, Ethiopia, Mexico, and India. This entailed enterprise-grade systems integration, analytics, and long-term support for local utility teams.
The challenge
Each region had its own legacy systems, compliance standards, and technical constraints. The organization needed a scalable platform to centralize critical customer, asset, and billing data — while enabling localized performance visibility and insights.
